This policy explains how Trexvex Digital Inc. (“Trexvex”, “we”) handles information when you visit trexvexai.com or take part in the Trexvex pilot.

This website

The website does not use advertising or analytics cookies and does not track you across other sites. Our hosting provider keeps standard request logs (IP address, browser type, page requested, time) to run and protect the service. We keep these logs for no more than 90 days. Our network provider may set a strictly necessary security cookie to block automated abuse.

When you email us

If you write to us, we use your name, email address and message only to reply and to arrange a pilot. We do not sell this information or add you to marketing lists.

Stores in the pilot

When a store runs Trexvex, the store decides what catalog, policy and order data the agent may use, and we process shopper conversations on the store’s behalf. Each store’s data is used only to serve that store. We do not use one store’s data to answer shoppers of another store, and we do not sell it. Payment details are never collected by the agent: checkout and payment take place on the store’s own pages.

Service providers

We use hosting, network and cloud computing providers to run the website and the agent. They process data only on our instructions.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by writing to hello@trexvexai.com. We answer within 30 days. Trexvex is not directed at children under 16.
